RangeSouthern Ontario and Michigan to Kentucky and Tennessee; presumably introduced in one or more of the following: New England, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, New Mexico, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. (See Page, 1985b:412; Lawton, 1979:90.)
